Issue: Incorrect Prefix Display in Rate Engine

• The rate engine was displaying the incorrect prefix if a department was associated with a user profile.

• Users with an associated department in their profile encountered issues where the rate engine showed the wrong prefix for rates.
• This issue has now been fixed, ensuring that the correct prefix is displayed regardless of the department association.

• All users with department associations in their profiles will now see the correct rate prefixes in the rate engine.

Issue: Rates Not Editable/Loadable for Department-Associated Users

• Some rates could not be edited or loaded by users with a department associated if the limit_rates feature was not enabled.

Details:

• Users who had a department associated with their profiles faced issues where they could not edit or load specific rates unless the limit_rates feature was enabled.
• This issue has been resolved, allowing users with department associations to edit and load rates without requiring the limit_rates feature to be enabled.

Impact:

• Users can now edit and load rates seamlessly, regardless of their department association, even if limit_rates is not enabled.
