Update to Customer Swap Policy

Feature Update: Credit Checks No Longer Block Customer Swaps on Jobs

What’s New:

Customer Swaps with Credit Checks:

• Credit Checks: Credit checks will no longer automatically prevent customer swaps on jobs. Agents now have the discretion to decide whether to proceed with swaps for customers with pending credit checks.
• Agent Discretion: Agents can use their judgment when considering a swap for customers with credit check issues, allowing more flexibility and faster resolutions in some situations.

Customers on Hold:

• Hold Status: Customers who are on hold will still be prevented from being swapped on jobs. This ensures that critical issues affecting the customer’s account are resolved before they can participate in job swaps.

Impact: This update streamlines the customer swap process, empowering agents to make decisions based on the specific context of each job, while still upholding the necessary restrictions for customers on hold.
