Release Notes: Jobs List > Cloud Drive

We’re excited to announce the following updates to the Jobs List > Cloud Drive feature! These improvements focus on enhancing productivity and streamlining file management.

New Features

Get Shareable Link for Multiple Files

• You can now generate shareable links for multiple files at once. Simply select the files, right-click to access the context menu, and choose the “Get Shareable Link” option.

Bulk Delete of Files

• Save time by deleting multiple files in a single action. Select the files you want to remove, right-click, and choose “Delete” from the context menu to clean up your Cloud Drive efficiently.

Attach Multiple Files via Mail

• Attaching files to emails just got easier! Select multiple files, right-click, and use the “Attach via Mail” option to include them in an email directly from the Cloud Drive.

How to Access

• Right-click on any file or group of files in the Jobs List > Cloud Drive to open the context menu and take advantage of these new features.
