New Setting for “Convert Deal to Customer”
We have introduced a new, request-based setting that allows platform owners to convert deals to customers within the deals pipeline. By default, this feature is disabled. If a platform owner wants to use it, they can request it from support. Once enabled, the platform owner gains the ability to seamlessly convert deals to customers, streamlining the sales-to-customer journey. Only recommended if the accounting integration is configured to create new customers from Cargo Forwarder Syncs.
